Summer holliday

Summer holiday

I am leaving for a well deserved break from life, better know as summer holiday. I have no idea how well the internet connection is going to be on the campsite and thus can not promise I can be active or not. I will try my best to keep posing some nice pics and things when I am away. Share some pictures of the dolls I will be dragging along with me. (which will be my tiny crew, Keiji, Ember & Sammy)

Pailsey, as you can see, is also ready to go on a sunny retreat. He has packed his bags and is ready to leave. Where he is going?  I have no clue. I do not have the room to bring him along with me so he decided to plan a holiday of his own.

The man of the many hairstyles, that is felan alright.
He can rock almost every wig I put on him and that causes him to change wigs a lot.
I really should get settled on just one, but it is hard when he looks so damn good in so many wigs.
But I think I might have found one that might stay his for a long time to come.
This one just lights up his features and it looks like he is smiling and telling me he'd like to keep this one.

OMG, Patch his new wig arrived yesterday!
I can hear you think. Wait... isn't that the same wig he always wears.
Yes, you are so right.
Why did I get him a new one when he already had one? AND WHY DOES HE LOOK SO DIFFERENT????
I recently reshelled Patch from a leekeworld romeo to a dream of doll code 2 after a buttload of months of bonding issues with the leeke romeo head.
No, it was not an easy choice for me to make as the leeke romeo mold was my oldest doll and had been with me for over 5 years. But I had to make it, for the sake of my bonding with the character.
With that reshell came the change from an sd 9-10 inch head to a sd 7-8 inch head.
Which made the wig I already had two sizes to big for his new shell.
And thus I had to buy him the same wig, just a little smaller.
That wig arrived yesterday and after some styling and struggling with his signature headband I fell in love all over again with this man.
I just love the way his big ears are poking through  and that it's flows so nicely around his face.

I gave Jules a new face-up not very long ago after I made an attempt to only redo his lips as I hated them on his last face-up.
But because that did not turn out as I had hoped I had to re-do his whole face-up.
And after taking pictures of him yesterday I found he looks so much more mature now that he did with his last face-up.
and I do not mind one bit!
I LOVE this new matured look on him.
