Total make over commission

I had the opportunity to do a total make over on a doll of a friend. She only requested I add in Runes and give him skin texture in his face-up. The rest.... was allllll up to me to decide.
I started out doing his face-up, then went on the finding a suiting wig and clothes.
When styling his clothes and wig I tried to make this as cheap on the owner as possible so I used as much of her own items as possible. In the end I ended up only having to add the pants and the shirt from my collection. The shirt is one I made myself and the pants are simple jeans which I distressed with a blade.

This is a little extra after yesterday's picture post where I showed you a picture of the Delacroix brothers.
For the people who missed that post. The four men in the middle are brothers. Flrt. we have Lucien, Evan, Maddox & Vincent.
I also told you about there being way more family members that just there four men. Unfortunately not all of the member have been finished yet, so I added those who have are finished and were there that day for my use.
So I added Brandon, who is Lucien's lover on the far left and Terran, who is Vincent's lover on the far right.

Both Lucien and Vincent belong to my friend amarie_bjd who kindly let these two handsome men stay with me for a sleep over

The story behind the picture:
There four handsome men are brothers. I have had the pleasure of having both Lucien and Vincent over for a sleep over and I thought  that called for a family shoot. It is so awesome to see all of these four men together. This family is very precious to both me and to the owner of Lucien and Vincent (amarie_bjd) you have no idea.
So having this picture is like a dream come true.
These four brothers are the pillars of the family. There are so many more members to this family, but unfortunately not all of them are here in their doll form yet, or they are not finished. One day. I hope to make a full family picture, with all it's member in it.

I can honestly say this is my all time favorite couple of all the couples I have. They are so precious.
And luckily for me Lucien is staying with me for a sleep over. The perfect time to do some shoots and have a little bonding time with this couple.

When you are sad, I'll be right here.

When I see this picture I am almost imagine Brandon feeling sad and depressed as it's the anniversary of his brothers death. He really looks so sad on this pic.
And ofcourse Lucien is right there for him to help him through the though day.

A dark room, a single light and one hell of a handsome doll.

I have had the pleasure of having this man for a sleepover for a few weeks not and yesterday I found myself making pictures of the face-up I did on him for my portfolio.
I had my studio lights out to make good and clear pictures and as I put his aside and wanted to take some pictures of another doll I have for a sleepover I found that the dark corner and the light of a single studio light was making one hell of a wonderful picture. So I put everything else aside and started snapping some pictures on black and white and they turned out so pretty. I am in love with how easily this man photographs.
