Help me: Video or photo tutorials?

I am thinking about making a video tutoral vor BJD simple pattern making. But I am not sure what people like most, photo tutorials of video tutorials. Dilema!
Maybe you can help me out.
What do you prefer?

In the upcoming weeks I will be opening a new part of my commission shop, this time for dolly headwear.
I will be opening commission for two different kind of beanies which will be available in different sizes and a wide array of colors.

Blaze is finally here

Yesterday late the post delivery man rang the bell, carrying a grey envelope with a tube in it.
And I knew exactly what it was.
Seeing I have had a envelope like that before. When I heard the seller first shipped blaze I was ecstatic  But when he finally arrived. And I finally got the package open I was disappointed. He came out with boobies! When I saw them my heart sunk. But after a bit I thought. I can live with the boobies as long as the head is there. But that turned out to be a totally different head as well. Instead of a Yomi boy, I received a berry girl. I contacted the seller right away. And I had a choice given to me. Keep the girl and get some of the money back or send the girl back and get the boy I wanted. I am not really fond of the berry mold. So I decided to send her back and not long after the boy was send to me. And so it arrived yesterday. And when I was unpacking him my heart was racing, What if this one was not the right one to?
But seeing a boy come out... and that totally adorable face I was sold. He was here. Blaze was here.
So I pulled out some eyes I had laying around since his own eyes are still on the way to me. And I grabbed his wig, and some pants from my little girls ( which are way to big for him, I had to pin them in the back )
And I took some pictures of him before I had to wrap him up again, this time as a christmas present. Seeing it is a Christmas present for me.
But I do have the pics now. Seeing his package under the tree makes me so happy. To know he is here safe and well.

Enough rambling from my side, time for pictures.

Secret Sinterklaas BJD swap

There is a first time for everything they say. And I do believe there is. This was my first time entering in a BJD Swap. For the people who don't know what a swap is. It is something similar to a secret santa. You get a the info from one of the other people who also is in the swap with the name of a doll and the things the doll likes and what not. Than you have to make something for this doll and send it to the owner of the doll.
So I got the info of a doll from another owner and I made some really cool things for the doll and send them to her. And in return someone else send me some presents from another doll owner.

Yesterday the mailman brought me the present, and I could not wait to see what was in them. Neigther could Aiden as he was the doll I entered in t he swap. I took him out as soon as I pulled the presents from the envelope.

  I am so in love with the presents he got. And so is Aiden. IIEEEPPP does happy dance! I could not have asked for more.

So much has happened.

Oh my.
Has it been that long since my last post.
But then again. No wonder as I have been doing a lot of things that have kept me from posting.
Mostly Doll stuff.

I though I could give you a quick update on everything that has happened over the last month or so.
First of all.
I am hooked (literally) on a new hobby. Crocheting.
Yus people, I am addicted to crocheting.
And especially crocheting BJD stuff. Scarfs, beanies, socks, puppets. You name it.
This has kept me busy for quite a few days now. And I am liking it more and more.
Keep an eye out for some of my creations. I will post pictures of them soon.

Also,
I did a new face-up commission, for my dear friend. Which was a pleasure to do since the doll is SOOOO pretty. I am in love with the girl. <3 ( angel fantasy Lily, for the people who want to know )

But the most important new of all.
I have 2, yes 2, new doll's incoming.
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
Both being Christmas present. One is a present from The Male, The other a present for myself!
What dolll? you ask.
I'd be happy to tell you.
The doll I am getting from the Male is a Hujoo Yomi boy who will be named Blaze.

The other doll the one I am giving myself as a present is a Angel of dream An, who will be named Strider.
Now,I do already have a character profile set up for him. But it is still mostly blank as I am working on him, so not really interesting yet.

I guess that is most of what has been keeping me away for such a long time. But I promise I will do my best to be more active, make more time for blogging.
